Aubergine- och getoststacos med sweet chili sauce

Aubergine and Goat Cheese Taco 

Vegetarian taco with aubergine, goat cheese and sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 kg aubergine

  • 150 g red bell pepper

  • 250 g goat cheese

  • 10 Santa Maria Taco Shells

  • 50 g Santa Maria Taco Spice Mix

  • 300 ml Santa Maria Salsa

  • 300 ml Santa Maria Sweet Chili Sauce

  • Olive Oil

  • Fresh coriander

How to prepare

  • Cut aubergine and peppers into small pieces and season with the spice mix.

  • Fry the veggies in olive oil and put them in taco shells.

  • Spinkle the goat cheese and put on some salsa.

  • Finish with a little sweet chili sauce and fresh coriander.
