Beluga bolognese

The world's simplest Bolognese, which can be mixed the day before if the lenses are soaked and clear. Then just heat up and you have a tasty and popular dish to serve with pasta.

  • 300 g yellow onion chopped

  • 2 tbsp Santa Maria Garlic chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 0,5 dl (45 g) tomato puree

  • 500 g Beluga lenses

  • 800 g crushed tomatoes

  • 2 dl veggie crème fraiche

  • 2 dl water

  • 2 tsp Santa Maria Oregano

  • 2 tsp Santa Maria Basil

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp Santa Maria Black Pepper

  • 1 kg spaghetti

How to prepare

Preperation

1. Soak the lentils for 8-12 hours.

2. Fry the onion and garlic in oil.

3. Stir in tomato puree, beluga lentils, crushed tomatoes and crème fraiche.

4. Season with oregano, basil salt and black pepper.

5. Put on a lid and let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes. When the lentils are soft, the Bolognese is clear.

Serve the freshly cooked spaghetti with beluga Bolognese and fresh basil.
