Cold Brew Coffee Brownies

Classic brownies with trendy cold brew coffee

Ingredients

  • Bottom:

  • 100 g butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1½ dl sugar

  • 2½ dl flour

  • 1½ tbsp choco powder

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 dl Paulig Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

  • Dressing:

  • 100 g cream cheese

  • 100 g Paulig Tazza Choco drink concentrate

  • Garnishing:

  • Cookie crumbles, marsmallows, nonpareilles

How to prepare

  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Melt the butter. Whisk the eggs and sugar into a froth.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients and sieve to the egg-sugar froth together with cold brew coffee concentrate. Add the melted butter and mix it carefully to the dough. Pour to a GN ½-65 form covered with baking sheet and grade in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until ready.

  4. Put the crema cheese in a bowl and whisk it to smooth paste. Add choco drink concentrate in a thin line and whisk to a soft froth.

  5. Add the dressing on top of cooled cake bottom and cut into pieces. Garnish with cookie crumbles, marshmallows and nonpareilles.
