Elote on the grill
Corn cob on a stick, eaten like a lollipop.
Ingredients

10 skewers
10 lime wedges
10 corn-cobs
2 dl Santa Maria Chipotle Sauce
2 dl parmesan, grated
How to prepare
Put skewers in the cobs and place them on a medium hot grill. Grill the cobs for about 3 minutes and turn them often in the process. Distribute the sauce and roll in the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with chilli powder and serve with a wedge of lime.
