Veggie tikka med kryddigt basmatiris & naan

Veggie Tikka Masala

An easy-cooked stew with the Indian flavours and roasted cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 70 g Santa Maria Tikka Masala Spice Mix

  • 5 dl Santa Maria Coconut Milk

  • 5 dl crushed tomatoes

  • 2 dl water

  • 500 g kidney beans

  • 400 g red pepper

  • 500 g cauliflower

  • 10 Santa Maria Naan Bread

How to prepare

1. Mix Tikka Masala Spice Mix, coconut milk, crushed tomatoes and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.

2. Add cauliflower. Let simmer until cauliflower is ready and add kidney beans and bell peppers.

3. Boil again.

4. Ready to serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
