Burnt Pork Ends
The most caramelizing and characteristic pieces of the spare rib. 100 percent finger food!
Ingredients

1,5 kg pork belly without rind, cut into 2x2 cm pieces
0,5 dl of rapeseed oil
50 g Santa Maria Pulled Pork Rub
250 g Santa Maria BBQ Sauce Smoky Hickory
How to prepare
Set the oven at 145°C.
Mix the pork pieces with oil and rub in a bowl.
Place the pieces on an oven tray. Bake in the oven, about 1 hour 15 min. until tender.
Remove the tin from the oven, place the pork pieces in the bowl, pour on the sauce and mix well.
Put the pork back on the tray and bake for another 10 min, raising oven temperature to 200°C.
Serve with additional BBQ sauce as dip.
