Small Lebanese minced meat skewers with exciting flavours, for commercial kitchens and restaurants.

How to prepare
Mix minced meat, parsley, tomatoes, chilli, allspice, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Form the smooth meat paste around one end of the skewers, around 40 grams on each.
Grill for 4 minutes until nicely grilled on the surface,; turning now and again.
